greater food culture: subway map

greater food culture: subway map by Hartman Salt

Even though I will be away for this foodies week, I just wanted to share this very interesting map of food. I love this map since geography and food nicely collaborate in this map.  You can analyze it in many different ways, for instance by thinking about the choices of the lines and stations, the particular points of crossings and the marks.  This map certainly can be one of indicators to judge what foodies are supposed and expected to know.
